Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Plotfinity platform (plotfinity.com) and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Services

Plotfinity provides AI-powered content creation services, including but not limited to generating TV show concepts, movie concepts, scripts, poster artwork, trailers, episode videos, and movie videos using artificial intelligence technology. Certain features are provided free of charge (e.g., trailers, scripts, poster artwork), while others require payment (e.g., episode videos, movie videos, season packages).

3. Content Ownership — Paid Content

Upon completed payment for any video content (episodes, movies, or season packages), full ownership and unrestricted usage rights to that AI-generated video content (the "Purchased Content") transfer to the purchasing user (the "Owner"). The Owner may:

• Download, copy, and store the Purchased Content without restriction
• Use the Purchased Content for any commercial purpose, including monetization through advertising, licensing, syndication, direct sales, and any other revenue-generating activity
• Reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and publicly share the Purchased Content
• Modify the Purchased Content and create derivative works
• Transfer or sublicense rights to the Purchased Content to third parties

Ownership transfers only upon completed payment of the full purchase price. Prior to completed payment, all rights in the content remain with Plotfinity.

4. Free Content — Plotfinity Property

Content generated at no charge — including but not limited to trailers, scripts, poster artwork, show concepts, and character descriptions — remains the property of Plotfinity until the associated video content is purchased. Users may share free content (e.g., share trailers on social media) but do not hold ownership rights over it. Free content is provided as a preview and promotional tool.

5. Plotfinity Platform License

By using the Platform and purchasing content, you acknowledge and agree that Plotfinity retains a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, stream, monetize, and promote all content created on the Platform (both free and purchased) on Plotfinity (plotfinity.com) and any associated services, marketing materials, and social media channels unto perpetuity.

Monetization by Plotfinity includes but is not limited to:

• Displaying content with advertisements
• Including content in subscription-based offerings
• Licensing content to third-party platforms and distributors
• Using content in promotional and marketing materials

This retained license does not diminish the Owner's ownership or usage rights in any way. Both the Owner and Plotfinity may independently monetize the Purchased Content.

6. AI-Generated Content Notice

All content on the Platform is generated using artificial intelligence technology. Users acknowledge that:

• Content is created by AI models and does not represent the creative work of any individual human author
• Similar content may be generated for other users using the same or similar AI models and prompts
• Plotfinity makes no representations regarding the intellectual property status of AI-generated content under applicable law, which may vary by jurisdiction
• The quality, accuracy, and appropriateness of AI-generated content may vary, and Plotfinity does not guarantee any specific outcome

7. Payment and Pricing

All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. All sales are final — once video generation has begun, refunds are not available as computational resources have been consumed. If generation fails due to a platform error, Plotfinity will either re-attempt generation or issue a refund at its discretion.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the Platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Plotfinity reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at its sole discretion.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Plotfinity does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be free from defects.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Plotfinity be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Platform, the purchase of content, or these Terms & Conditions. Plotfinity's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific content giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

Plotfinity reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
