In-house Wan preview
The configured Wan host meters GPU time (RunPod now; Fal when Serverless enrollment opens). Picture is silent by default. Optional Stable Audio Open room tone and Foley currently use Replicate, budgeted at about $0.40.

24-second Veo A/B, one pass
Video-only Lite 720p / Fast 720p / full-quality 1080p. If all 24 seconds use native audio, those become $1.20 / $2.40 / $9.60; the shot-level policy keeps the real total between those two rows. Retries multiply the price.
The generic Plotfinity premium-trailer baseline remains $5 customer / $2.50 internal. Veo figures are the direct Google/Vertex planning rates; a broker such as Replicate can price the same model differently. Feature rendering stays locked until the storyboard, Wan proof and selective Veo test are approved. Pricing captured July 19, 2026.
